Iron-On Instructions:

Heat your iron on high-medium heat with steam switched off.

Cover the patch with a press cloth and hold the iron firmly in place for 25–30 seconds.

Turn the garment over and heat the back for another 20 seconds.

Let the patch cool thoroughly for the adhesive to bond.

Sewing the edges is recommended for heavy wear.
