  • Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time. Any extended timelines will be clearly stated in the product description.

🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on the carrier and destination.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

📬 Order Tracking

  • A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

🏠 Shipping Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

  • Cocktails & Crafts is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Returned packages due to address errors may require additional shipping fees to reship.

📦 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Cocktails & Crafts is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item.

  • We currently ship within the United States.

  • International shipping options may be added in the future.
