Iron-On Instructions:

Warm your iron to high cotton heat with the steam option switched off.

Lay the patch onto your garment and place a cloth or pressing sheet over it.

Hold the iron firmly on top for 20–25 seconds.

Flip the garment over and heat the backside of the patch area for 15–20 seconds.

Keep the garment flat until the patch cools. For heavy-use items, add stitching around the perimeter.
