Upload your design and provide any special instructions needed for your order.
Artwork Requirements
All customer-submitted designs must be PRINT READY.
Your artwork must:
- Have the background completely removed
- Be a high-quality PNG with a transparent background
- Be clear and high resolution
- Require no additional editing, cleanup, or redesign
If your design requires background removal, cleanup, recreation, editing, or if you need us to create a design for you, a custom design fee will apply.
Custom Design Services

Custom design services are available for an additional charge. Pricing may vary depending on the complexity of the design and the amount of editing required.
Turnaround Time
Standard turnaround time is approximately 5–7 business days after all order details, artwork, and payment have been received.
For custom-designed orders, turnaround time begins after the final design has been approved.
Turnaround time does not include weekends, holidays, shipping time, or unexpected production delays.

Once a custom design has been approved and production has started, additional changes may result in an additional charge.
Colors may vary slightly from what is displayed on your screen.
Because custom and personalized products are made specifically for you, all sales are final once production has started, unless an error was made on our part.
